Jon Merry is a certified Machine/Equipment Appraiser (CMEA) with the National Equipment and Business Brokers Institute. A CMEA is intensively trained in the legal requirements involving the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), as well as the methodology approach employed in establishing fair market value, orderly liquidation value and forced liquidation value. He has over 5 years of extensive training and experience in the appraisal business. In addition, Jon is also a member of NEBB Institute.

RaeLynda Adams Merry is the Office Manager and has been with the company since 2003 and brings a great deal of experience to the business. RaeLynda administers and operates the office on a daily basis. She manages appraisal files, coordinates on site-visits, invoicing, advertising and marketing. Further, RaeLynda’s past experience includes over six years of retail management.
